Mind Your Higher Ground LLC This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and access work across physical products, digital products, memberships, and coaching programs. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.
1) Physical Products
Returns accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date if items are unused and in original condition.
A restocking fee may apply (varies by product).
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds (if approved) are processed after items are received and inspected, minus any restocking fee.
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Please review product details and email questions before purchasing.
Access to digital products is provided for at least six (6) months from purchase. We recommend downloading and saving your materials within that window.
The Ground is a monthly membership. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
No refunds are issued for a partially used billing period.
If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
4) Coaching Services (General Policy)
Coaching purchases are non-refundable. Coaching requires a committed investment of time, energy, and resources. Because seats and time are reserved, refunds are not offered once purchased or once your enrollment is confirmed.
Medical/Emergency Exception
In the event of a verified medical issue or emergency, we may offer a deferral or account credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed. Please contact support@mindyourhigherground.com as soon as possible.
1:1 Coaching (The Crest Suite)
Your sessions must be used within the terms of the contract from the effective date to the ending date.
Late, No-Show, and Cancellation Policy
If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
No-shows are charged in full.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a late-cancel fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from services, with no refund.
Group Coaching (The Ascent / RISE)
No Refund Policy
Group coaching is non-refundable once enrolled, due to limited cohort seats and the nature of cohort-based programming.
Deferrals
A deferral to a future cohort may be considered case-by-case. Deferral requests must be submitted as early as possible by emailing support@mindyourhigherground.com. Deferrals are not guaranteed.
Coaching Compatibility (When It’s Not the Right Fit)
In rare cases, Mind Your Higher Ground may determine the coaching relationship is not a fit. If you are on a payment plan, you may request to stop future payments after the effective date of discontinuation.
Paid amounts are non-refundable.
If paid in full, no refunds are issued.
Payments and Billing
By submitting payment (deposit or full amount), you authorize Mind Your Higher Ground LLC to process charges as agreed.
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
If a payment method fails, you will have 14 days to update billing information.
Program access may be paused during nonpayment.
Lapsed Services
If you purchase a coaching service but do not schedule and begin within the stated validity window, payments made may be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
